So..what does actually working with a plant design studio look like?

Here's the honest answer. Great plant design isn't rushed. It unfolds in stages, and each one matters as much as the last.

Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

Every space is different, so we start by getting to know yours. During the initial walkthrough, we evaluate your lighting conditions, layout, and how the space actually gets used day to day. We also talk through your goals, whether that's softening a sterile lobby, adding life to a coworking space, or supporting a broader brand experience.

This step is where most of the important decisions get made. A plant plan built without understanding the space rarely holds up.

Step 2: Get a Custom Plant Plan

From there, we build a plan specific to your space: the plant palette, the vessels, and the placement. Every choice supports two things at once, how the space looks and how well the plants will actually do long term.

We're not working from a standard package here. A plan for a sunny retail storefront in Ada looks nothing like a plan for a CoWorking Space in Grand Rapids, and it shouldn't.

Step 3: Enjoy a Space That Feels Alive

Once your plants are installed, our work isn't finished. Ongoing care protects the design over time, supporting plant health and visual balance as the space and seasons change. That's the difference between an installation that looks good on day one and an environment that still feels intentional years later.
